This was the view out the window of my UAL 737 this morning at Bush Intercontinental in Houston. Lovely morning for flying.

Often with those pointy wings you can sometimes see these.... are they called vortices?

Yeah, yeah. ; ) I'm in PIT for a funeral, and it was going to cost $1000 to fly. My brother has a friend who works for UAL, and he got me a r/t ticket from IAH to PIT for $160. So UAL it was.
